Geox is a brand synonymous with shoes that “breathe”. 25 years ago, the founder of Geox had the idea to pierce the rubber soles of his shoes in order his feet to breathe during a trip in hot sunny Nevada. He patented and created the first “breathing shoe”. The “shoes that breathe” patent, featuring a rubber sole which is perforated and incorporates a special breathable and waterproof membrane, which lets children’s feet breathe but prevents water from penetrating. This keeps water out and feet dry.
