We Need You!

We have multiple positions available in our new Lewes branch of Happy Feet Boutique opening in November and we are looking for bright, conscientious individuals to join our team of shoe fitters. Our Lindfield shop has a fantastic reputation for fit and customer service, could you be part of the team that will also achieve this in Lewes?

Shop Manager: A full time position or job share considered.
We are looking for a hardworking, enthusiastic and motivated individual/s who can lead a team of fitting staff. Our new Shop Manager/s will have good attention to detail and a passion for customer service. Shoe fitting experience is an advantage but not necessary as full and detailed training will be given to the right individual. Management experience preferred. 

Fitting Consultants: Between 16 and 24 hours per week.
Our fitting consultants are bright, perceptive of customers needs and extremely diligent in their duties. Does this sound like you? We are looking for 2 or 3 team members to help run our new Lewes store. The hours of the positions that are available are flexible.

Weekend/school holiday Fitting Consultants: 8 hours per week plus.
Are you over 16 and free at weekends and/or holidays? We are looking for responsible and conscientious individuals who would like to join Happy Feet Boutique during the busier periods to support the team. You must be confident, keen to learn and enjoy working with children and parents.
